I Found My Keyboard!
Hey, it's me, Bad Blogger. I've been busy.
Being a housedad is my constant chore, and that when I'm not doing that I've been writing, writing, writing.
Fortunately, that's starting to pay-off. My first published story appeared in issue #2 of All Possible Worlds magazine. Isn't that good news? I'm happy about it, certainly. There is one lil' blemish on the gleaming beamishness of my back-patting jumpy-dance of joy. I killed the magazine.
Yup.
The last story published in APW is called, "Beef". It's written by the new dude. Me. I am its last gasp. Its headstone, obit, final coughing sputter.
Terri says they ended it with a strong story. That it's kinda like an anchor.
I'm going with that most of the time. But I can't help to feel a little weirdish about being the last story of the magazine's life.
Anyway, you can buy the last issue. It's really a good bunch of stories. I've read them all once, and some of them a few times. There are stories by, Edward Morris, David Seigler, JG Faherty, Rachelle Loyear-Williams, Michelle Scott, Geraint D'Arcy, Mary Robinette Kowal, Steve Goble, and me. Every single one is good. I swear. I wish someone would have reviewed this last issue. Many stories in there deserve loud praise. I'm honored to be among such fantastic talent.
The first issue of All Possible Worlds was excellent, too. I really wish the magazine could have made it. I had a subscription.
All right, Dadding calls. Caspian awoke with an itchy rash on his arms and cheeks. Have to see how the Benedryl is faring against whatever's got him aflame.
Check out All Possible Worlds if you're looking for a great mix of science fiction and fantasy, from a great group of writers. And my story's in there, too.
